About Infinite Body Piercing
Infinite Body Piercing, Inc., was established and incorporated in late 1994, opened its retail space for business Feb. 1, 1995, and launched infinitebody.com in the summer of 1997. Infinite has been at the forefront of body piercing education, both online and in print, from the very beginning. Our first site was developed by Shannon Larratt, founder of BME, and we published one of the first comprehensive guides to individual piercings, Starting Point: A Primer of Modern Body Piercing, in 2001. Through the years, our sites and publications have been influential to many in our industry, and beyond.
James Weber, Infinite’s founder and President, served two terms on the APP’s Board of Directors, three years as the APP’s President, and seven years as the editor-in-chief of The Point: The Journal of the Association of Professional Piercers. His articles have been reprinted in numerous other publications, including PAIN Magazine and on BMEzine.com. He’s taught at piercing and body modification conferences in several different countries, and spoken at events as diverse as nursing conferences and university classes on writing and human sexuality.
Infinite employees continue to represent the APP at tattoo conventions, medical conferences, health fairs, and suspension conferences. We teach classes at the annual APP Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas, and our staff has lectured as far away as Mexico and Germany.
But Infinite Body Piercing is more than a list of achievements and credentials.
In our studio, we strive to be a safe and welcoming space for everyone, regardless of age, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity. Our diverse staff is always open to any questions, no matter if you are buying jewelry for your first ear piercing or looking for something a little more risqué. We have a diverse crew, so whatever your comfort level we have someone here for you.
At infinitebody.com, we strive to be a one-stop resource for body piercing. We’ll answer your questions and help you walk you through the piercing process, from what you need to know before getting your piercing to aftercare suggestions. We’ll also help you with buying jewelry, in-store and online—and when you order from our online store you’ll know you’re getting the best, because we don’t sell anything online we don’t stand behind in our studio.
