A 6mm gold bar holds a row of four 1mm genuine stones set into tiny gold balls at the center, all with a 2mm bezel-set matching stone dangling just below. A cable chain hangs just to the left, and a box chain to the right, with both flanked by an asymmetrical pair of ball chains on either end. Measures 6mm by 15mm overall.
