We are open Monday through Thursday 12pm to 10pm
Friday and Saturday 12pm to 10pm, and Sunday 12pm to 8pm.

If you want to get pierced, we ask that you be in at least 1/2 hour before closing. There may be a wait at any time, but weekend nights are especially busy

:: SHOP PHILOSOPHY ::

We opened Infinite in February of 1995 with the intention of creating Philadelphia's first shop devoted exclusively to piercing. Despite the boom of new shops opening (and closing) over the past few years, we are still the only venue with this dedication. We are constantly working to keep ahead of changes in the industry, anticipating our customers' needs in everything from safety to jewelry selection. We are currently the only piercers in the area who are members of the Association of Professional Piercers, a voluntary organization of piercers who have chosen to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, education and ethics.

We currently have three piercers (2 men, 1 woman), and three counter people, and a graphic designer. We all come to piercing from different backgrounds, and feel that our diversity ensures every customers' interests can be addressed.

While keeping abreast of the latest knowledge concerning cross-contamination and piercing/healing techniques, we recognize that our industry grew out of the rituals and customs of many traditional cultures. Body modification often has a transformative psychological aspect, and can be a deeply moving symbolic experience. It can draw us to a more acute awareness of our bodies, how they react and regenerate, and the role of our minds and environments in our healing. We are open to exploring these issues with those customers who are interesed.

We seek to serve our extended community of queer folks, fetishists, womanists, ritualists, freaks, and other body modification enthusiasts, and welcome all respectful friends in our space.
