A brilliant pink topaz top stone compliments an anastasia topaz bottom stone on this 14k rose gold navel curve. All stones are genuine and surrounded by a twisted-wire lariat. Top piece is threaded for easy insertion and removal, holding a 4mm stone; bottom piece is fixed and holds an 6mm stone.
