The guiche (pronounced "geesh") is a similar to a scrotum piercing, but placed between the back of the scrotum and the anus. The healing time is a few weeks longer than that of a scrotum piercing, due to wear and tear from sitting, walking, etc. And what can be a tricky piercing to heal with normal activity becomes nearly impossible if you intend to spend a lot of time on a bike, horse or motorcycle.

Placement is very important on this one if you want optimum sensation. The best location roughly corresponds to the location of the prostate (the male G-spot!), where the tug of the jewelry's weight can do the most good. This can be a very sensual piercing regardless of your sexual orientation, and can also be fun for your partner to play with!

Usual jewelry is a 10g ring, although curved and circular barbells may suit some piercees. This is also a great one to stretch--but watch out for the impact of a large gauge ring in full swing!
