To even consider this piercing, one obviously must be uncircumcised. (Don't laugh; people ask.)

The piercings are normally placed so that the rings are on the end of the penis when the foreskin is rolled forward. Since the skin is thin, healing is quite rapid, usually only 2 to 4 weeks. Pain should be minimal.

10g rings are usually best suited for initial piercings. Anything thinner may not stand up to the abuse of normal sexual activity (it may tear the skin). Anything thicker could be too heavy on a fresh piercing, delaying healing. But the piercing is very easy to stretch once healed, so all you size queens can rest easy.
